To celebrate World Food Safety Day at Bart Ingredients, some of our Technical team held interactive workshops across our Bart sites. As well as a presentation on Food Safety and Quality Culture, colleagues were invited to wash their hands after applying a UV indicator gel – demonstrating the efficacy and relevance of correct handwashing techniques. Additionally, we shared broken biscuits (which did not get consumed!) to drive home the message that quality is key in everything we do.
