Your partner for sustainable flavour
We always do the right thing
We recognise the impact the food industry has on the environment and our communities. That’s why a holistic approach to sustainability is embedded into our business operations.
Working with us means working with people who mean what they say. This isn’t ticking boxes, but an approach to corporate sustainability that underscores everything we do.
We are performing better than 80% of companies regarding ESG criteria (source: Authenticate ESG Assessment 2023), and are committed to achieving net zero across the value chain. 100% of our ingredients can be traced back to source through our longstanding relationships with our suppliers.
From working with charitable partners like Grocery Aid, Fareshare, Square Food Foundation and Frank Water to purchasing green energy for both our sites, we are always looking for new ways to have a positive impact on the world.

Our key pillars
Working closely with our parent company, Fuchs Gruppe, we have developed a sustainability strategy underscored by 4 key pillars.
-
Responsible community & workplace
We take pride in fostering the development of each and every member of our team, and creating a culture centred on inclusion, respect, and kindness. As a team we’re also committed to making a positive impact in the communities we operate.
-
Responsible sourcing
We’re committed to making an impact ecologically, socially, and economically in the countries that we act within. By cultivating ethical, mutually beneficial relationships with our stakeholders, we strive for continuity and transparency throughout the supply chain.
-
Responsible use of resources
We take action for the environment – always striving to reduce our impact and find solutions to improve operational efficiency even further. We’re working towards being a net zero operation across our supply chain.
-
Responsible products
We recognise that the food industry has a big impact on the environment, and we do everything we can to change this – making sure our products are of the highest possible quality, always choosing sustainable packaging, and marketing our products responsibly.
