BART survey shows changing British BBQ habits

Our BBQ survey has hit the headlines as results showed how Brits’ tastes have evolved over the years, with many ditching corn on the cob and frozen burgers in favour of more sophisticated options such as sirloin steak, halloumi, and exotic sauces like chimichurri and sriracha.

We commissioned the research as part of our #StrikeAMatch campaign which was all about inspiring people to experiment with new flavours and cooking on fire this summer.
