We are delighted to announce our new sponsorship agreement with Loose Ends Newbury, a fantastic charity run entirely by volunteers which is dedicated to supporting those in need within our community. Through this collaboration we will provide financial support and encourage our employees to volunteer with Loose Ends during their regular working hours.
Loose Ends Newbury is a well-established drop-in centre for anyone who may otherwise go without a hot meal and welcomes people who are homeless, lonely or vulnerable as well as those who are simply struggling to make ends meet. As well as providing nutritious food, clothes, and other essentials they offer a safe friendly space where people can socialise. Loose Ends Newbury were recently honoured with The Kings Award for Voluntary Service 2024.
“We are excited to join forces with Loose Ends, an organisation providing a vital service to the Newbury community,” said Samantha Walker, Chief Finance and Sustainability Officer at Bart Ingredients. “We are passionate about making a difference within our communities and have been incredibly impressed with the commitment and ethos of Loose Ends.”
